The Fare includes, in addition to overnight stay:
- Initial set of linens and towels
- Energy consumption
- Air conditioning
- Internet Wi-fi
- Final cleaning
- Use of the Outdoor Swimming Pool equipped with sunbeds (May to September, swimming cap mandatory)
- Secure gated parking (cars and motorcycles)
- Access to Hotel Ristorante il Gabbiano, about 3 km away, and its facilities: Restaurant and Pizzeria with wood-burning oven, Swimming pool with all-day bar, Gymnasium, 2 electric car charging stations. 2 Padel courts at an agreed price (by reservation only)
The Rate does not include:
- Tourist tax required by our municipality: 2€ per person per night, compulsory from 14 years old and up ONLY FOR THE FIRST 5 NIGHTS
Eventual additional charges:
CRIB = € 10 PER NIGHT PER CRIB
Important: Infants (0-3 years) are assumed to sleep in their parents’ bed. If you would like to reserve a crib (€10 supplement per night) or a single bed (€15 supplement per night), please let us know as soon as possible, as cots are limited and single beds must be booked in advance.
PETS = € 20 NIGHT PER PET
Important: We welcome pets as long as they are well-behaved, do not disturb other guests, and are kept on a leash in permitted outdoor areas.
You must notify us of their presence to request authorization, and the surgharge covers additional cleaning expenses.
Towel change: €3.00 per towel
Daily housekeeping: €50.00
