The Fare includes, in addition to overnight stay:

The Rate does not include:

  • Tourist tax required by our municipality: 2€ per person per night, compulsory from 14 years old and up ONLY FOR THE FIRST 5 NIGHTS

Eventual additional charges:

  • Cot: € 6.00 per day
  • Small pets upon authorization: € 10.00 per day
  • Change of towels: € 3.00 per towel

  • Complete linen change: € 10.00 per set (up to 2 people)

  • Daily villa rearrangement: € 100.00

Thanks to the proximity of the Hotel Ristorante il Gabbiano, there is also the possibility of adding restaurant services both at the time of booking and during your stay:

Buffet breakfast (with jams, home-baked cakes and savoury dishes).

Lunch or Dinner at the Restaurant: à la carte or Menu of the day: 3 dishes, with many products coming directly from our farm). 

Take-away and home delivery are also possible.

Dinner at the Pizzeria with wood-fired oven (whole grain and gluten-free doughs available).

The BAR is open all day for your aperitifs or quick snacks.
